WRCT is looking for directors for the 2025-2026 season!

Interested in directing a WRCT production?

 

Fill out the Director Submission Form below to be considered by the Director Selection Committee. To learn more about the plays selected for next season, go to the 2025-2026 season page. 

 

Interested in possibly directing a particular play in future seasons?
 

We allow directors to suggest a play that they are interested in directing.  The WRCT Play Selection Committee will consider all submissions when choosing the 2026-2027 season. If you are interested in a play but are NOT interested in directing, please go to the suggest a play page to submit your play selection.  That page will be available again in September when we start looking at productions for the following season.

NOTE: The Director Selection Committee chooses directors based on who feel are the best fit for EACH production. We appreciate everyone's enthusiasm and creativity, and hope that if you are not selected you will consider working on a crew, stage managing, assistant directing, or auditioning...these are great ways to learn the job if you haven't directed before!

If you have never directed before, you can volunteer to Assistant Direct to learn the ropes! 

 

NOTE: The Director of each production will make the final choice as to whether they are willing to work with an Assistant Director, or would prefer to use a Stage Manager only.
